I have some blogging to do!

We've been busy over the last several weeks and I just haven't taken the time to post about all of our activities. From dates with daddy to fun with friends, and even more to come, we may need a break after next week is over!

Here are a few of the things that have been happening. (Others will require their own posts.):

We changed our minds about going out of town one Saturday and let Logan choose what he wanted to do at home instead. We spent a rare "afternoon with Daddy" at Columbian Park. The train, playgrounds, and zoo were all we could have hoped for them to be! The ice cream we got on the way home wasn't bad either.

Craig and Logan have been on two father/son adventures in the last couple of weeks.

The first was to go to out to The Badlands to watch some Rock Racing! It was dusty and dirty and noisy, and it couldn't have been more fun.

The second was to see some qualifying for the US Nationals Drag Racing competition. Always a big event for Craig over Labor Day weekend, this was the first year that Logan was able to go. And they had a blast!

Logan's been talking about "Hot Rod" Fuller, The CAT car driver, almost non-stop since he got home. He's pretty psyched about the pictures and autographs he got on his shirt too!

We got together with our old friends the Fellows. We were glad to have them spend a day with us while they were in town to see family. The kids had fun playing together and Annie and I enjoyed a long overdue visit.

The kids and I also said goodbye to our dear friends the Deans. They've moved on to a new adventure in Maine and we wish them well. Thanks for hanging out with us before you left guys. We sincerely hope to see you again!
I'll miss you Mindy.
