Fun Friday: Monkey Joe's

We've been trying to get to Monkey Joe's for Fun Friday for a while and today was the day!

 

The kids have only been once before (for a birthday party), but they haven't stopped talking about it. We asked our friends the Madsen's to join us and I think everyone had a great time! It was nice to have Craig join us too. He was great to look after the kids and let me visit with Maren. (Thanks hoosband.)

A highlight of the trip was that Logan ran into a friend from preschool. I had to laugh when they saw each other. Craig noticed him and pointed him out to Logan who immediately ran up to say "hi". Nathan looked at Logan, did a double take, then grabbed him and hugged him! I think they were happy to see each other; they ran around together for quite some time.

The kids thought the fun ended too soon, but overall it was a good day. I've already put Monkey Joe's on our list of things to do again.
