I have really been enjoying tomatoes this summer. In fact, just the other day I scored a big bunch of Romas from a friend who had an abundance of them in her garden. Lucky me!
And since my sister-in-law Nicole has been making bruschetta for a while, and it always sounds delicious, and since I'm on a tomato kick, I made some.
